Sinopec’s PP resin are as follows:
1.T30S: It is a widely used polypropylene granule with good impact resistance and stability. It is often used in general-purpose injection molding and extrusion applications, such as the production of plastic buckets, basins, and some common plastic products.
2.Z30S: This is a fiber-grade homopolymer polypropylene resin with high strength and high fluidity, suitable for high-speed spinning, man-made fibers, BCF bulked yarn, and CF spinning. It is mainly used for various packaging ropes, tapes, luggage straps, automotive seat belts, mattress edging, and tobacco tow.
3.F280M: A special polypropylene resin for high-speed and high-stiffness BOPP, widely used in adhesive tapes, food packaging, high-end beverage packaging, detergents, cosmetics packaging, cigarette packaging, trademark printing, printing composites, laser anti-counterfeiting, and industrial applications.
4.PPH-T03: A high-crystallinity, low-flow resin suitable for applications such as bottle caps and sheets.
5.K4912: An injection-grade resin used for hard packaging of household articles.
6.V30G: A polypropylene resin with high heat resistance and high gloss, often used in automotive parts.
7.Y1500: A melt-blown special raw material for polypropylene, mainly used for melt-blown nonwoven fabrics.
8.Y26: Fiber-grade virgin homopolymer PP resin for melt-blown filters.
9.PPR-P00: Polypropylene raw material for hot and cold pipes.
10.F5606: Film-grade resin for BOPP films.
11.G6 K01: 30% glass fiber reinforced PP granules, used as a plastic raw material pellet.
